Abstract
Implementation of the learning process is expected to produce a positive change in self-learners. Based on observations of class researchers, the problem shows that emotional intelligence and self-motivation to learn in students is very low and therefore contributes to the attitude of student learning in the classroom. This study was conducted to describe the emotional intelligence and learning motivation and learning attitudes of students, and to know how big the contribution of emotional intelligence and motivation to learn partially on the attitude of learning and the contribution of emotional intelligence and motivation to learn simultaneously to the attitude of student learning D III Information Management and Force Computers 2013/2014. This research is a quantitative research is associative. The data collection instruments used questionnaires Linkert Scale model were tested on students of Information Management and Computer as many as 50 people taken at random from a population of 100 people on the subject Database Systems. Results of the study found that the existence of a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and motivation to learn partially or simultaneously toward student learning attitude D III and Computer Information Management in the 2013/2014 on course Database System.
